题目：Domatic Numbers and Symmetric Designs

　　摘要：This talk introduces a new graphic parameter - the signed edge-domatic numbers and related results on some special classes of graphs, such as paths, cycles, stars, fans, grids, and complete graphs with even order. For a complete graph with odd order, its signed edge-domatic number is determined depending on the existence of a Hadamard matrix of order 4k or  the existence of a symmetric (4k-1,2k-2,k-1)-design.
